Any clothing or giftware that is wished to be returned may be shipped back at the customer's cost. If you find that the item you received is improperly manufactured or is damaged upon your accepting of the package, we are more than happy to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we will send a replacement order to you upon receiving the damaged item. However, we cannot cover any shipping cost incurred for items improperly ordered, or for items that may have been ordered in the wrong size or color.
All returns must be accompanied by an invoice number or a time and date of your online purchase. Any clothing returned must be unwashed, unworn, and in a condition able to resell.
